witch size should i get M or S (wacom - Intous 4 ) Size m is a lot expensive thats why im asking . Dose the size matter a lot ? How dose it work , i mean if i have small wacom tablet and i am drawing big picture do i have to move drawing area on my screen with mouse or dose the tablet have some sort of controller ?
I went for the Medium size. Comfortable, because I move my whole arm to draw, and it not really difficult to carry around. If I went for Large it would be great for my arm but it was too expensive and I wouldn't have space for it, since it's huge, and if I went for the cheaper Small, my wrist would be aching everytime I use it, but then the size of the thing would make it great for carrying along your laptop. It still has the touchring, even when Wacom had to get rid of the nifty displays. Your final decision depends on your budget, style of drawing and the purposes you give it.
Second I would go for the size large or medium, the s is too small for me.
Third I would try and get to a store or trade show to have a look/try them out. It's the best way to find out which size is best for you.
Which size you should get depends on your needs. Do you draw with small strokes or big strokes? the bigger your stroke the larger tablet you need, or els you'll feel constrained.
Do you need to travel with it? a5 and a6 are both handy sizes for traveling. a4 is a bit too big for traveling.

You do not need your mouse (your pen replaces the mouse). The intuos 4 has handy buttons (express keys) that are adjustable. But this video review explains it best: [link] (it seems like he got the s-size)
